What is an Embodied Yoga Practice?
Embodied Yoga is more than just movement — it’s a journey of awareness, presence, and connection with your inner self.
Rather than focusing only on physical postures, this practice invites you to experience your body as a living source of wisdom and guidance. Through mindful movement and sensory awareness, you learn to live with more authenticity, ease, and purpose.
Created by Parveen Nair, this approach draws inspiration from Advaita Vedanta and the teachings of Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharishi. His vision is to bring yoga back to its true purpose - Self-Abidance - beyond trends or fitness ideals
